A BOLTON cinema is showing a special screening of the Muppets latest animated adventure, to coincide with World Autism Awareness Day.
Vue Bolton, Middlebrook Leisure Park, has added a midweek showing of the much-anticipated Muppets Most Wanted film to its monthly sensory-friendly screenings.
The autism friendly film screening, at 4.15pm on Wednesday, will include adjustments such as eliminating advertisements, lighting left on low and sound turned down to accommodate film goers.
Brodie Lyons, general manager at Vue Bolton, said: “At Vue Bolton we are dedicated to providing all our customers with the best cinematic experience possible.
“We are therefore delighted to be bringing The Muppets Most wanted autism friendly screening to our customers to mark World Autism Awareness Day and aim to provide cinemagoers with an enjoyable experience specifically tailored to their needs.”
Tickets cost £1.75, for more information or to purchase tickets visit myvue.com.
