SEDDON Developments has announced plans to develop more than 50,000 square feet of office space at Birchwood One, a three-acre site between the M62 and the M6.
The Farnworth construction firm acquired the site from Prudential and construction is due to start in the spring.
Completion of the first phase is expected in October. The scheme will be aimed at growing businesses, with space available on a choice of freehold or leasehold options.
