A FLY-TIPPER was ordered to pay costs of £690 after she dumped three bags of rubbish in a Heaton street.
Patricia Nikolics, aged 24, of Melbourne Road, Deane, was fined £400 by magistrates.
Bolton Magistrates Court heard she left three bags of domestic waste in Victoria Grove, Heaton on August 7, 2013.
The case was proved in her absence and she was ordered to pay costs of £250 and a victim surcharge of £40.
