A FORMER Bolton teacher who has been the driving force behind the rise of the Reebok brand across much of the world over the last 25 years is to step down later this month.
Dave Singleton will leave his position as Senior Vice President and head of Reebok Europe, Africa and the Middle East in the next few weeks, a statement by Reebok said on Thursday.
He left "after a great deal of personal introspection and family discussions, and will focus on his family, personal interests and the next phase of his career," a statement from the company said.
Mr Singleton, who lives in Turton, was not available for comment, but Paul Harrington, President and Chief Executive Officer, Reebok Brand, said: "Dave's departure, preceded by more than two decades of outstanding contributions to our brand, is truly a loss."
