THE bus which crashed into Bolton Crown Court was not faulty, it has been revealed.
A single-decker Arriva bus crashed through a bollard on the pavement, hit a ramp for disabled access and came to a halt on the steps on Friday afternoon.
An investigation is still being carried out to determine what caused the crash.
The driver of the 538 and three passengers suffered minor injuries.
Temporary fencing has been put around the pile of rubble outside Crown Court, and it is unclear how much the damage will cost to repair, or when work will be carried out.
An Arriva spokesman said: "The vehicle involved in the incident has been returned to us following an inspection by the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency, which is standard procedure.
"There were no faults reported with the vehicle and we are continuing our investigation."
