A LEARNER driver was left shaken when yobs smashed the window of the car during a lesson.
Glass shattered into the black Vauxhall Corsa as the 18-year-old woman travelled along Moss Bank Way, in Johnson Fold, with her instructor.
The 42-year-old female instructor was covered in shards of glass when a brick, was thrown at the front passenger window at 8.30pm on Thursday.
The woman, who has been an instructor for 10 years and runs a private driving school, braked and grabbed the steering wheel, pulling the car over to the side of the road.
