PROSPECTIVE Tory MP Chris Green has welcomed news that unemployment has dropped in Bolton.
The number of people claiming jobseekers allowance has dropped to its lowest rate in five years.
Mr Green, who is standing against the incumbent Labour MP Julie Hilling in the General Election in May next year, said: “It is proof that the Conservatives’ long-term economic plan is working.”
