SIR Ian McKellen has revealed he wants to carry on playing Magneto in future X-Men films.
The 74-year-old, who went to Bolton School, spoke of his desire to continue the role at the premiere of Days Of Future Past, the seventh in the film’s franchise.
He said: “As long as the people making the film are the same, as long it is the same team, then I hope I would be invited to join along.
“And I don't see why X-Men can't go on a lot longer.”
