BOLTON residents who are affected by noisy neighbours can get free information and advice at an open day on Wednesday.
The open day will be held from 10am to 2pm at Kings Church in Millfield Road, Breightmet.
It will feature workshops, a performance from Bolton at Home’s customer drama group Dramatic Action and a free lunch. Free transport is available on request.
