AN inquest into the death of a soldier who was killed in a car crash on the A666 in January has been adjourned.
Tony Emery, pictured, a member of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, died on January 6 when his car overturned on St Peter’s Way.
The adjournment was made to allow the Crown Prosecution Service to review the case, which the court heard should be completed by June 19.
The pre-inquest review is set to resume on July 4.
