A MAN found drunk and disorderly in Great Moor Street in the town centre has been fined.
Anthony Brooks, aged 25, of Netherfield Road, Great Lever, admitted the offence, which took place on July 14. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
