PLANS to build two new houses in the garden of a Deane property have been knocked back by planning officers.
Mrs R. Savelli applied to Bolton Council for permission to build two semi-detached dwellings in land adjacent to 1 Henrietta Street.
But officers in the planning department said if approved the new buildings would be an overdevelopment of the site, and affect the appearance of the area.
The applicant can appeal against the decision to the Planning Inspectorate.
