CHANGES to legislation about company law, commercial property and employment issues are on the menu at three breakfast workshops.
Bolton Chamber President and KBL Solicitors corporate partner Jonathan Shorrock will be leading the first workshop on February 15 on the changes to company law due to come into force this year.
The second workshop, with KBL property partner Debbie Roberts is on March 8 and will address issues from both a landlord and tenant perspective including topics such as rent, breach of covenants, the pitfalls of notice periods, termination of a lease and the hidden dangers of dilapidations.
For the final seminar on March 29, KBL employment solicitor John Hassells will give an update on the major changes to employment law in the past year and will reveal what could be affecting businesses in 2007.
All the workshops will be taking place at KBL's offices at 28 Mawdsley Street, Bolton with registration and breakfast starting at 8am. There will be a 40 minute presentation followed by a question-and-answer session.
There is a booking fee of £15 for members or £20 for non-members. Attendees booking the first two workshops will get the third free.
