A WOMAN was treated for breathing difficulties after a fire at her Brownlow Fold flat.
Firefighters were called to the property in Shelley Walk at 7.30pm last night and cleared smoke from a kitchen.
Firefighters said the blaze started in an unattended pan of food.
The 65-year-old woman was treated at the scene by paramedics and the fire caused minimal damage to the kitchen.
