UNDERAGE drinkers are being targeted in a crackdown in Radcliffe.
Council officers and police, using mobile CCTV cameras, plan to catch adults responsible for buying drink for children and rogue off-licence shops who sell to under-18s.
The four-week campaign will focus on the Cross Lane area, which residents say has become a regular haunt for drunken youngsters.
