Community groups, charities, schools and businesses are being invited by Bury Council to use the borough's parks for summer events.
Cllr John Byrne, the council's executive member for the environment said: "Bury's parks have been transformed over the last few years and the results are fantastic. They now provide a superb venue for many types of community events."
