A DRINK driver was banned from the roads for 26 months after he drove three times the legal limit.
Steven Moran, of Lynton Road, Bolton, was caught on December 21, driving a Vauxhall Corsa while more than three times over the limit.
He was also driving in Wigan Road, Bolton without a licence or insurance.
After admitting all three charges at Bolton Magistrates' Court on January 30, Moran, aged 40, was sentenced on February 13.
He was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, on top of his driving ban, and ordered to pay costs of £165.
