A JOBLESS man has been bound over to keep the peace after hurling a cup at a wall inside his girlfriend's home.
Simon Mason, aged 24, appeared at Bolton Magistrates' Court and pleaded guilty to being likely to cause breach of the peace.
He was arrested on February 6, at the home he shares with his girlfriend in Deepdale Road, Breightmet, after a disturbance was reported. Mason had thrown a cup at a wall, just inches away from his baby son, which smashed.
When police arrived they asked Mason to leave the house and he kicked the vacuum cleaner on his way out.
He was arrested and placed in custody.
Mason was bound over for 12 months in the sum of £50.
