A 42-YEAR-OLD man has been bound over to keep the peace for six months.
Raymond McIntyre, was arrested at the home he shares with his aunt in Arlington Street, Lever Edge on February 6.
Police were called after he became drunk and aggressive.
He spent the night in police custody before appearing at Bolton Magistrates' Court and pleading guilty to being likely to breach the peace.
He was bound in the sum of £50.
