MUMS have the chance to wind down ahead of the kids' Easter holidays at a free event on Thursday.
De-stress techniques including aromatherapy will be on offer at New Bury Community Learning Centre, Farnworth, along with advice on healthy living and learning opportunities.
Visitors to the Buckley Lane centre will also get a free lunch, although they must book in advance, and there will be a display about health walks at Moses Gate Country Park.
The event takes place between noon and 3pm.
