A MAN has appeared in court charged with grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.
Calvin Hindley, aged 20, of James Street, Heywood, appeared before magistrates in Bolton yesterday.
Hindley, formerly of Campbell Court, Farnworth, is charged with an assault which allegedly took place on January 14.
The case was committed to Bolton Crown Court on March 29 and Hindley was given unconditional bail.
