A 39-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with assault.
Darren Smith, of Earnshaw Street, Morris Green, Bolton, denied assault in relation to an incident alleged to have taken place on Friday, March 23.
The case was adjourned until April 24 for a pre-trial review. Smith was remanded on conditional bail.
