CLARKS shoe store at Middlebrook retail park is hoping shoppers will walk their way to donate their old footwear.
The store is taking part in the Blue Peter Shoe Biz Appeal, which raises money to help children affected by HIV and AIDS in Malawi.
So far, the store has collected more than 1,000 unwanted pairs of shoes.
Middlebrook marketing executive Heather Crank said: "I know a few ladies who have too many pairs for their own good - so I'll definitely be inviting them along to donate."
