CULT Scottish folk twins The Proclaimers have clinched a three-week run at the top of the singles charts with the Comic Relief remake of their famous hit I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles).
The reworked version of the 1980s anthem features the bespectacled twins and comic creations Brian Potter (Peter Kay) from Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights and Andy Pipkin (Matt Lucas) from Little Britain.
The top three singles remain unchanged from last week, with Avril Lavigne maintaining second place with Girlfriend, followed by Gwen Stefani featuring Akon with The Sweet Escape.
