RADCLIFFE actor John Partridge is one of the celebrities heading into the Big Brother house tonight.

The 44-year-old, famous for playing Christian Clarke in EastEnders, will join a host of other familiar — and not so familiar faces — including PR guru Jonathan Cheban, a close friend of reality TV personality, Kim Kardashian West.

His participation in the Channel 5 reality series was broken on Twitter by The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

Talking to OK! Magazine, the 41-year-old said: "I'm really funny so I'd hope the British public would really like my humour — as long as I get to eat and sleep!"

He added: "I love people, but not crazy ones who get completely drunk and crazy because I'm not like that. I don't really drink."

He will be joining The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma Collins and Strictly Come Dancing professional Kristina Rihanoff in the series which starts tonight.

Summer Holiday singer Darren Day, ex-EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook and US producer David Gest have also signed up.

The final line-up was announced in the Daily Star Sunday ahead of the live launch show.

In total, 16 stars will live in close quarters in a house bedecked to look like a vaudeville-style theatre.

The other contestants are:

Nancy Dell'Olio, who shot to fame as ex-England football boss Sven-Goran Eriksson's girlfriend.

Winston McKenzie, a former Ukip activist who is now the English Democrats' candidate for London mayor.

Former X Factor finalist Christopher Maloney.

US model and actress Angie Bowie, who was once married to David.

Megan McKenna, who starred in US reality show Ex On The Beach.

Ex-Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Davis.

Geordie Shore star Scotty T.

Jeremy McConnell, a former Mr Ireland.

Actress and US reality TV star Tiffany Pollard.

The show's producers have promised "unwelcome surprises" for the stars, while revealing "the BB garden has been transformed into a Whitechapel-style, foggy street scene with a Victorian pub snug".

Former Apprentice candidate James Hill won Celebrity Big Brother last year, beating American Austin Armacost, best known for being the ex-boyfriend of designer Marc Jacobs.

Celebrity Big Brother's launch show is on Channel 5 tonight at 9pm
