POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned about reports of children throwing stones and bricks at vehicles coming off the A666 at Kearsley.
Officers in the Bolton South area have received reports that nine children have been spotted throwing the items at cars coming off the slip road.
Three vehicles have said to have been been damaged in the incidents in recent days.
Inquiries are on-going to identify the youths responsible and no-one is believed to have been hurt.
