A TEENAGE driver is still "very poorly" after a head-on smash with another car.

He has since been moved to Hope Hospital in Salford.

Three other passengers in the Astra, in their late teens, managed to release themselves from the wreckage.

The trio were treated at the Royal Bolton Hospital.

One of the boys is thought to have suffered a broken leg while the others suffered from facial injuries.
