ATTACK: The victim allegedly had her leggings and underwear pulled down in the subway of Kearsley roundabout
A 23-YEAR-OLD man has been charged over a sex attack in which a woman had her leggings and underwear pulled down to her ankles as she was walking with her children.
Alexandru Ghiba, of Fairfield Road, Farnworth, was charged with sexual assault in relation to the July 5 incident in the underpass at Kearsley roundabout.
He appeared from custody at Bolton Magistrates' Court on Monday. (July 11)
Ghiba denied the charge and he was remanded back in custody to appear before Bolton Crown Court on August 8.
