BOLTON Pride marked the end of a weekend of events with a candlelit vigil.
Supporters gathered in Victoria Square this evening to celebrate a successful second year and to remember those affected by hate crime.
The crowd held candles and listened to music and speeches from guests including Mayor of Bolton Cllr Lynda Byrne, Biphoria and the LGBT Foundation.
Lee Mackintosh, from the foundation, said: "It has been another fantastic Pride, absolutely amazing see the whole community out in Bolton enjoying each other's company and celebrating.
"Here we are in the middle of a small town, standing out and feeling safe.
"We all deserve to applaud each other and look forward to next year."
The Love Bolton Hate Homophobia Vigil ended with a minute’s silence.
