FIREFIGHTERS were called to a van fire in Little Hulton.
A crew were called to Gorse Drive to tackle the ford transit van fire at around 1.30am this morning.
The fire is being dealt with as an arson.
A spokesman for Farnworth Fire Service said: "The whole of the engine compartment and the front cab of the car was fire damaged.
"We couldn't find anything to identify what started the fire.
"The police and owner of the vehicle were in attendance."
Police are now investigating the fire.
