More than 700 jobs could be created in Bolton town centre after development plans for the former Odeon cinema site were approved.
The plans include an 11-storey, 84-room hotel; 50, one and two-bed apartments; and a retail and office complex.
The huge scheme, off Ashburner Street, also includes a restaurant and cafe, a public square, a gym, and 86 underground parking spaces.
