I AM glad the Farmers' Market has had a reprieve and is staying for the time being at Moss Bank Park.
What I do object to is the change in location from the top of the park, to the stalls now monopolising half of the car park .
The traffic last Sunday was parked all down Moss Lane and at the opening to the car park, as the double yellow lines have not yet been replaced after recent road surfacing.
If it had been a nice day and the park was full of other visitors, the road would have been chaotic. Very few motorists use the top car park as it is isolated and out of view.
Not only must this be a nightmare for local residents, but could hamper access by the emergency services if needed. The car park should be used for what it is intended for.
