SG CUTTINGS has agreed to take a 36,000 sq ft warehouse at the Europa Trading Estate in Kearsley The textile cutting company has signed a new 10-year lease at £126,500 a year.
SG Cuttings will occupy units H1 and H2 at the trading estate, situated in Stoneclough Road.
