BOLTON-based Leighs Paints is going into business with Dutch firm SigmaKalon Marine and Protective Coatings.
The companies have formed a strategic alliance in the hydrocarbon passive fire protection sector.
As part of the deal, SigmaKalon will be responsible for sales and marketing in most parts of the world with Leighs providing technical support and research and development.
SigmaKalon will manufacture Sigma Firetex M90 under licence.
