A TRESPASSER was sentenced to eight weeks in prison after breaking in to a nursery.
Neil Callaghan, of Sandpiper Close, Farnworth, pleaded guilty at Bolton Magistrates’ Court to entering Superstars Nursery, Farnworth, as a trespasser with intent to steal on September 29 2016.
The 33-year-old was sentenced to eight weeks in prison and also ordered to pay £115 in compensation.
