PUPILS learned what is arguably the most important lesson of all — to save a life.
Young people at Eden Boys’ School in Bolton were trained in CPR skills by North West Ambulance Service. Around 120 year seven pupils were trained to help in a medical emergency. They said it was an important skill to have.
Shabir Faizal, principal, said: “We have a number of STAR values which represent what we stand for. One of these is ‘service’, and helping our pupils to become responsible citizens that play a valuable role in their local communities.”
