POOR Gordon was carelessly advertised on a “free to a good home” site, where the outcome for him could have been very very bad.
Luckily he was rescued by a kind foster carer, who has help Gordon grow into the handsome chap he is today. Now this lovely, beautifully natured one-year-old boy is looking for a forever family.
Gordon is a very affectionate and happy dog, however he has hearing loss and his new family would need to bear this in mind.
But he is a bright boy who loves to learn and has already mastered some basic sign language, such as ‘sit’ and ‘paw’, and he will even do a spin around.
Gordon loves other dogs and is well socialised, however Gordon would prefer a home where he is either the only dog, as he loves being number one in your thoughts and getting all the attention and cuddles.
Gordon is quite a large boy, and though he is fantastic with children, we would be looking for a home where children are aged 8 + and are used to larger breed dogs. To meet Gordon, contact Warrington Animal Welfare on 01925 748638 or info@warringtonanimalwelfare.org.uk
