Heavy traffic on Tonge Moor Road
MOTORISTS are being warned of congestion on Tonge Moor Road.
Temporary traffic lights are operation as work is carried out in the area.
One motorist said: “The traffic is backed up quite a way, we were lucky because we were going the other way towards Bolton.”
There are also temporary traffic lights in operation in Folds Road.
