A man has been charged with attempted murder after two people were stabbed at their home in Hindley on Christmas Day.
Devenn Sutherman, aged 25, of Nelson Square, Bolton has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated burglary and a section 47 assault.
He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Manchester Magistrates Court tomorrow.
The charges come after police were called to Corner Lane in Hindley on Christmas day just after 3.30am to reports that a man and a woman had been stabbed.
The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Both victims are recovering from their injuries.
