Trains delayed or cancelled between Bolton and Blackburn due to passenger taken ill
TRAINS in Bolton are delayed or cancelled.
Due to a passenger being taken ill between Bolton and Blackburn some of lines are blocked, but replacement bus services are now in operation on the route.
