A 13-year-old boy has been missing from Walkden for four days.

Cameron Lowe was reported missing after last being seen on Thursday, February 8 in the Walkden area.

He is white, of medium build, around 5ft 5in tall with short, dark brown hair, which is combed to one side.

It is believed he is wearing a green coat with an orange zip up the front and two chest pockets, a Walkden High School blazer with a white shirt and black trousers, and a beige Nike rucksack.

In his rucksack is a pair of grey jeans and a bright green t-shirt.

PC Jessica Verbruggen of GMP’s Salford Borough, said: “We’ve searched all the places we know Cameron usually goes but we’ve not yet been able to find him and the longer he is away from his family, the more worried we become.

“He is very streetwise and knows how to get around using local transport links so I’d like to ask people who often use public transport to keep an eye out for him, as well as those in the Walkden area.

“If you do see him or if you know where he is, please contact us urgently so we can make sure he is okay.”

Anyone who sees Cameron or knows where he is should contact police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

Update: Cameron has now been found safe and well.
