MASTERCHEF hopeful Moonira Hinglotwala survived the latest stage of the TV cookery contest - despite struggling to impress judges.
Six of the remaining 12 contestants fought it out on tonight's show, first having to cook in a professional kitchen at London's highly rated Spanish resaturant Eneko.
Then the wannabe chefs were back in the MasterChef kitchen to cook for judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace as well as two Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw.
The Blackburn pharmacy owner has so far wowed judges with her authentic Indian cooking, but on tonight's show, her desserts failed to impress.
However, she survived the chop, as Welsh cook Louise was sent packing.
Moonira will now battle it out with nine others on Friday's show as she bids to make it to the semi-final stage.
