DASHCAM footage has captured a driver parked up on the busy M65/M61 roundabout seemingly looking for something over the motorway bridge.
The Seat car had its hazard lights on but was blocking traffic while the driver seemed to peer over the grass verge of the motorway looking for something.
The footage was sent into the Lancashire Telegraph by a commuter driving into Blackburn from Manchester.
They said: “The man didn’t seem to be in any distress. He was looking over the grass verge like he was looking for something, but it was a dangerous thing to do as drivers are coming round the bend blind and someone could go into the car as it was half on half off the road.”
The footage was captured at about 7.20am today. It is currently unclear if police were called about the incident.
