Drivers are warned to expect delays on the M60 and M61 Picture Google Maps
DRIVERS have been warned to expect delays because of lane closures on the motorways.
There is one lane closed on the M60 anti-clockwise between junction 15 and 13 as well as on the M61 southbound after junction one.
Reminder - #M60 anti-clockwise, one lane closed, J15 - J13. And also one lane closed on the #M61 southbound, after J1, as you exit #M61 to join the #M60 anti-clockwise. This is for manhole cover repairs. Lanes expected to be closed throughout the day. Delays on the approach pic.twitter.com/4u92ShRFeY

Highways England said the closures were to allow for manhole cover repairs.
The lanes are expected to be closed throughout the day and there will be delays on approach.
