A MAN accused of murdering teenager Andrew Holland in Farnworth appeared before Bolton Magistrates today.
Mahmud Maksoudian, aged 21, of Madams Wood Road, Little Hulton, is also accused of causing grievous bodily harm to Curtis McAtee following an altercation outside Ashy's takeaway in Plodder Lane.
Maksoudian, who came to Britain from Iran seven years ago, spoke only to confirm his name and address.
The garage mechanic was remanded in custody until November 2, when he will appear at Manchester Crown Court.
