SUPERJOSH founder Dawn Fidler brings you her latest blog
LAST week, The Joshua Wilson Brain Tumour Charity received The Queens Award for Voluntary Service (MBE) from one of the Queen’s Lord Lieutenants at a ceremony in Manchester.
The day had been much anticipated since the official announcement of the prestigious award in June.
This eminent award recognises excellence in volunteer activities carried out by community groups, and is the MBE for volunteer groups.
I received the award as founder of the charity.
I was joined by some of the charities supporters and volunteers.
There are many who have Josh's charity to their hearts, supporting the work it carries out in order to help special families in need.
