Former Geordie Shore star and I'm A Celebrity winner Vicky Pattison will give a special talk on boosting body confidence and self-esteem.

The 30-year-old TV personality, from Newcastle, will be a guest speaker at Body Confidence Live in Manchester on Saturday, October 6.

The event brings together a range of speakers on body confidence, self-esteem and overall wellbeing, to help people find ways to feel more positive about their bodies.

Vicky said: "I'm really excited to be part of this event.

"Learning to like yourself is a really hard but really rewarding thing to achieve and it's something that I think most people struggle with.

"We're all guilty of being too hard on ourselves at times and maybe focusing too much on the negatives instead of celebrating all the fantastic things we have to offer.

"I can't wait to be part of something that will provide a confidence boost to everyone involved."

The reality TV star is a familiar face on TV screens, having appeared on Loose Women, This Morning, and I'm A Celebrity....Get Me Out of Here.

She will take part in a Q&A on body confidence, where she will be joined by stand-up comedian and body image speaker Juliette Burton, wellbeing expert and celebrity personal trainer Ellie Hopley and inspirational speaker Megan McGrory from Unlock The Key.

Body Confidence Live founder, Lindsay Reid, said: "We've had fantastic feedback from our previous events and it's so exciting to be in Manchester for the first time with this new speaker-based event.

"Again, the focus will be on helping people think about ways they can feel better about themselves and encouraging everyone to be a bit kinder to their bodies.

"The idea is that people can come along for a positive and uplifting afternoon, where they can hear from a range of different speakers, and hopefully leave feeling great."
