A high speed pursuit involving a helicopter took place in Farnworth and Radcliffe on Sunday night.
An Audi A1 was sighted at high speed in Farnworth before it was pursued through Radcliffe.

The car was stopped in Stoneclough with the assistance of the National Police Air Service (NPAS).
The driver was arrested for drink driving, dangerous driving and failing to stop.
Police also found weapons and drugs in the vehicle when the driver was apprehended.
If a vehicle fails to stop, a helicopter is often requested to attend.
During a pursuit, NPAS crew give traffic officers a full commentary on the vehicle's progress so that traffic officers can bring it to a safe conclusion.
