Parent and baby swim lessons, Westhoughton Community Centre

 

PARENT and Baby Lessons start at the community Centre in Bolton Road, from as young as three months up to three years old. Help teach your tiny ones how to swim every Saturday with a group of other babies and parents.

They begin at 9am and cost £15.99 per month.

FROM beginner to advanced, Come and learn how to roller skate like an all-star. Anyone from the age of two and above can join in on the fun.

Sessions run at Smithills Dean Road, every Saturday from noon to 2pm.

The cost is £4 per session plus £1 skate hire or you can bring your own skates.

Bolton Baton Twirlers, Somerset Road, Bolton

 

Swirl, whirl and twirl in style. Bolton Baton Twirlers, based in Somerset Road, incorporate a mixture of baton twirling, gymnastics and dance.

This would be a fun, different class for those who already do gymnastics or dancing or for those wanting to learn something completely different can get a taster for all three.

One nthusiastic parent commented: “My daughter has been dancing here for a year and loves it. Trainers are brilliant.”

Another said: “Amazing coaches and run by a dedicated and very talented family, my daughter absolutely loves dancing there.”

Training is Monday and Wednesday evenings and cost £3.

CADS events (Children’s Able & Disabled Sports) are a series of unique sport, health and leisure activities organised by Bolton Lads and Girls Club.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm and just 50p per session. Available for young people aged 8-12 years old. Young people with complex needs are welcome and one to one support can be provided.
