CAUGHT: the driver has been arrested and the vehicle was seized
Police officers at Bolton North stopped a silver Skoda in Punch Street, Deane on Friday.
The driver was found to be disqualified and had no insurance on the vehicle.
The vehicle was subsequently seized and the driver has been arrested and charged.
